There are so many people here with big titles who barely lift a finger. They cover for each other and make it impossible to clean house. If they ever got out of the way, we could probably fix a lot of problems in no time.

With AI tools now, many corporations are laying off manager with less than 25 to 30 employees under them. And if they can't do the type of work the team is doing, they will definitely be on the layoff list. Just a matter of time as unemployment rate increase.
