The c level does not care about those that built this company before they arrived. Everyone in this company is worried that they will be laid off, that is the current culture. Doesn't matter what you have contributed, how much you have sacrificed, if the numbers show your being laid off as beneficial to their (c level) bottom line, you are gone. So sad for those of us who were here at the beginning and given so much to be nothing but a number to the new execs when they choose to let us go to increase their stock option value.

Reading these other posts on here. I went out to chatgpt myself. Seems its not legal, not even close to legal in CA, for them to take our earned PTO without compensation. Can we band together and stand up?

Nicely stated. Sc--w the employees over even more. Two "announcements" today of a VP and Sr. Director leaving. The culture of NetApp has changed so much for the worse over the past 4 or 5 years. I have talked to some of the people who have been here longer than my 7 years and they agree even more. When I first started, the company at least gave the perception that they cared about the employees. Now they vaguely try to act that way, but they can't even do that well.

they think that we are id--ts and don't see the expense move to the cash bucket on the balance sheet (this is for the employees, lmao). do like the rest of the industry and pay your employees for the time earned before you transition!

Plenty of PTO, the forced week of July 4 and Christmas will be reinstated. What more do you need?

Actually this all started when Ms Yockleson was here and the new CHRO has blazed forward and doubles down. Not sure I would blame Wissam.
