Good, need to get rid of all US based engineers...you think to highly of yourselves
DIS is moving their operations to Costa Rica.
@cv Julie should be the first one to let go. Anyone making more than 200k - you are fired. Accenture is full of politicians and grifters.
The federal government should look into this issue very seriously:
Jobs are not gone, it's not AI (it's a lie), they are moving to other countries where they can pay peanuts for a sub-par resource, but management doesn't care.
It's the H1B issue + offshoring and near shoring, while executives remain untouched, while they show "healthy margins" every quarter. The executive compensations never suffer. In fact, Julie Sweet is spending some of what she saves cutting jobs on expensive PR for herself, she is her favorite topic.
Accenture lost several millionaires contracts, with that being said at the time of their client renewal Accenture is charging the client more and clients are cancelling contracts. Microsoft DIS formally known as N3 will be moving all operations to Costa Rica.
People are losing their jobs, moral is at an extreme low, projects are getting cancelled left and right, a lot of people benched. But here we are again, Sweet has been spending a lot of time and PR money promoting herself, yes self-promotion, because she loves herself so much, AND she can't talk technology or strategy at all.
In that spirit, today we wake up with another lame article about me-again, pure ego, unattractive Julie Sweet, the CEO that is incapable to grow the company organically, has no strategy, and is buying revenue via endless acquisitions to keep herself in a position that she's not qualified for.

So sorry to hear that. Did they give any reasons at all?
Are there any rumors about further cuts?
