For the employees that remain at dell. Working at Dell is one of the saddest and most toxic places to work at in central Texas.

@ds yeah 'Dude'
@cd "I see dead people...Walking around like regular people. They don't see each other. They only see what they want to see. They don't know they're dead."
Dude, if you're out of Dell, move on. If you've never worked at Dell, why would you ever come here? If you're here, complain on and try to move on. There's likely a slightly greener pasture somewhere. It took me a couple of jobs after Dell but there are definitely better, but it's not all better
Thanks for the crocodile tears OP.
Feel bad for yourself, you dont even work at Dell anymore and you're still hanging around here instead of moving on with your life.
I drove by the parking lots at 176 & 228 HOPK yesterday early afternoon. Nice full parking lot. The drones I saw out walking with expressionless looks on their faces tells the story. Such a hopeless place, people waiting to get the axe. Happy Labor Day!
While certain departments appear unaffected, my department has been experiencing a consistently heavy workload with no indication of improvement. On the contrary, staff turnover has increased, and departing employees are not being replaced. I'm okay with that but i don't know how for long I can keep up with that pace.
If it weren’t for the constant worry of layoffs around the corner, some days I kinda feel like it’s just fine. Nothing exciting. Occasionally a bit stressful. But expectations are low. Quiet quitting has its own charms.
