Will you accept offer to work from home full time but in exchange for a pay cut 20%?

I got the opposite moved to another place, got at lest 20% more and remote. But answering the question, i don´t think so, my billes not going down 20%.
Sounds like someone is desperate and bargaining with the Grim Reaper.
even 2% is not acceptable.
@bj you mean a 2.5-3% raise isn't enough?! - joking...
Having found numerous other jobs that I am very much qualified for that pay upwards of 120k/year, which is much more than what I'm making, I'd be more than happy to hop companies for not only a pay raise but also a hybrid policy. Dell likes to flex their whole "we believe in flexibility" bullsht but if that were truly the case then, why did they make a 5 day RTO policy? But then go on to say they have no requirement as to how long you stay in the office?
I mean, I live an hour from the office and not a single person on my team works at/goes to MY office. Meaning I drive an hour to go to an office, sit at a desk, and am surrounded by people whom I do not work with whatsoever. I might as well be in a coffee shop in London or something lol.
THEN, I have to join my meetings via TEAMS because guess why? We are scattered about throughout the country! Gosh, I'm quite sure I can join a TEAMS meeting at home just as easily...
But, like a lot of people... I'm a "coffee badger" and swipe my badge, sometimes go get a breakfast taco, then go right back home. Gotta get that precious badge swipe in though!
ABSOLUTELY NOT! That would be almost a 30k cut for me lol. As much as I hate driving an hour to the office, I don't spend 30k a month on gas so I mean...
Inflation has already cut my pay by 20% so how about dell lets me WFH for what I am currently getting paid, signs a written contract promising annual raises that match inflation in addition to the annual performance based raise, and we call it even.
Hi Jeff
Yes, for a 4 day work week.
I will come into the office for 20% more.
Let's rub salt into the wounds of an already shell shocked employee population.
Nice try HR 😂
No. I already commute on company time.
No. I WFH at 100% compensation already.
Yes, if they could be trusted to keep their word.
But recent events have clearly shown that they cannot.
No, absolutely not. People are paid to produce, not commute.
No. Cause you know they will renege on that as well.
If they will accept a 20% reduction in my productivity.
