LT already made the mid year announcement that we were trending at another 160% year. 180-200% or bust if they want to keep the little fish’s attention. 180-200% of target on LTI for the sub G12’s wound boost morale as well.

What is everyone thinking for bonus payout this year? I am thinking 140-165% of target.
