Trimming down teams only works if it’s done carefully and with a real plan. Just getting rid of people without thought doesn’t make the company stronger. It takes strategy and focus, not random layoffs. And we have neither of those.

No sh-t. 2001 called, it wants its criticism of d-mb Cisco execs back. And every year since.
It does if half of the roles in CX are a waste of resources with no day job.
