Anyone whose span of control makes no sense. DIR/DL reporting to DIR/DL, DIR/DL with few direct reports etc. Of course, it's a great opportunity to reimagine anyone they do not like.
I would also say that the areas identified as “pooling” are vulnerable. Is it necessary to have > x-x of any particular role?
I believe some folks who are way over the Rule of 70 who didn't take the VSP that should be retired.
Any department who is "top heavy" with leadership.
Anyone whose work can be done by AI.
This is what I suspect......
