Employees getting PIP'd, RTH'd, RTT'd. Comp flat each year. No RSU grants. Comp bands lowering. What else is new?
Yes, ongoing layoffs thanks to the Trump trade war and fake AI. Replacing with junior "let's pretend to be smart" employees and AI: "They're probably the least expensive employees you have, they're the most leaned in to your AI tools." Meanwhile, Meta is poaching the most expensive (actually smart!) employees.
