It is ridiculous that some here expect that IBM will stop squeezing people, that is, asking them to do so much work without adequately compensating for it. Isn't it clear to everyone by now that the only way to get a bigger pay is leave this place? People accept that managers are constantly adding more to their plate, hoping that in the future it will be rewarded. No, it won't, it will just lead to exhaustion

Setting limits is difficult as my manager basically (has to) compare me to the other team members - who ARE SUCKING IT UP. So I'm always close to PIP.

its just sad how corrupted IBM has become. It use to be based on meritocracy(like most US institutions(pre-2000)). Now its based on who you know, what s-x or gender you are, and how woke you get. I will say it's quite easy to walk away from this company, once you understand its a globalist company with a globalist agenda. They will feed you bread crumbs along the way to keep you entertained for awhile, but just remember they are using you and abusing your talents until their goals get carried out. At the end of the trail when everything is all complete, you will get the most splendid reward anyone could ever receive. GET PIP'D B***H!!!
