@aj it wouldn't surprise me, I was a former employee their, what a bunch of lies the management have up their sleeves when a visit comes, the only place I know that caugh an employee stealing metal for financial gains and got a promotion, complete sh-t show of a place then run, nothing is confidential their, DR-GS where found and handed to the main man at the time and when he was away to conduct testing through the facility he was warned by a family member (who i believe smokes weed) that if he does that their will be no work force, so yeh a dr-g in fuled work place PGL comes out and tell us that the pulse survey is now MANDATORY.... FOOK aff was the reply from most, i hear they where more and more people not doing it and when the statistics come through they seem to do it themselves without employee knowing off there SAP number, to many conflicts of interest their, its been 1 year since I left their and id never look back at such a CON of a workplace, its a definite sink hole of a place waiting to happen, and only management can be held accountable, i would be sad to see many good people loose their jobs but happy to see it go with all the wrong decisions that has always been made and wrong people filling positions (conflict of interest).

If “management” keep making more of these stupid decisions then it will certainly happen. They show no loyalty towards the workforce, forcing an apprentice machinist out the door months before his time is up. New starts get next to no training and told just to get on with the job. These new starts will make mistakes and I can guarantee management will take zero accountability. New inspector is being forced to book in jobs after 2 weeks training, material handler is running about like a headless chicken. Sickness is through the roof and guys are retiring early due to the atmosphere created by management. But The books are still being cooked so all things look good to the bosses in the states so it’s all good.

Rumour is merger with O'brien finer details being ironed out which facility to keep is automation easier to move than the waltzers tokens for the dodgems rather than amazon vouchers and funky dungarees to head up rambo land. Difficulty going to be skill set transition. SCDP training for candyfloss and toffee apples. Jimmy O'brien to head up operations.

Can't be Arbroath the facility is run like a Swiss watch. They have headhunted the precinct and now have the creme de creme of the towns egg heads no stone unturned too get these people into the management round table. Leaving their current positions at obriens and the cowp to drive this juggernaut into the future.
