The management is very concerned about the public opinion, they are trying to keep the layoff as silent as possible. The hospital in Albuquerque is affected, this affects other locations as well. Now, think about timing here, right before holidays - people are crushed.

Presbyterian leadership is to blame for all of this. They lack integrity, honestly and could care less about their staff, patients and community.
top leadership (C-suite) is barely touched by the layoffs or not at all, while keeping their extremely high incomes, the layoffs aimed to "offset" the organization's poor financial results (due to C-Suite decisions) impacted mostly front line staff.
Presbyterian needs an overhaul. The community knows, employees know and faith in Presbyterian is at an all time low.
