Hi. Does anyone have insights on yesterday’s business reorganization? Will this lead to layoffs in sept and Oct?

Is OptumRx safe you think? Or have they been laying off also?
The reorg hasn’t been announced to everyone yet—leadership is keeping it quiet for now. But I’ve been told more US layoffs are planned for October and again in January. What’s frustrating is that leadership isn’t addressing the real issue: a VP in our area who undermines his team, throws people under the bus, and creates a toxic environment just to climb the ladder. Many of the employees moved to his team were essentially set up for failure under his direction.

I must of missed this. I have not heard of any restructuring with Home and Community. Please provide details. Thank you
Not sure which reorg you are referring to but they are definitelylaying off US resources in Sept and Oct
