The company should take action against managers who engage in fraudulent or biased hiring practices. Such practices can bring in employees who may not be qualified, which negatively affects the workplace environment.

@s3 No, you’re the d-mb one. The Indian influence is a major root cause in the disappearing US worker role at Walmart. Just go back and look at what’s happened since KAT went to india and came back with her wonderful outsourcing and H1B ideas, pockets probably lined with money. They totally destroyed their own country, now they are coming for ours.
