Yeah exactly. Grit and tenacity are worse than useless without grace and respect.
Working for Nielsen and Gracenote was just sad for everyone I think.

I agree. Why would anybody still working at Nielsen bother to put in any effort? Let alone work late, weekends or go the extra mile.

When they treat people like dirt. When they lay off people who worked there 20-30 years just to replace them with cheap labor.
