Thread regarding Medical Solutions layoffs

When will they admit it?

Do we think the higher ups will ever admit implementing WRS this heavily into roles is a mess up? We've seen higher delays, less communication, when is enough??

Probably the worst company to work for in healthcare staffing. Competitors are exploiting how disorganized MedSol is. It is not a secret. Clinicians are complaining to clients and clients are complaining to AMs. Billing and invoicing has been sc--wed up, candidates cannot get onboarded correctly or efficiently, and the technology offerings are pathetic compared to competitors. The company is a sinking ship and longtime Aureus workers continue to leave. MedSol will continue to lose marketshare and drop in the SIA rankings!

Absolutely not. They sleep in their cozy beds and aren’t batting an eye. They have some weird sense of power and I think they should be ashamed of who they are, as people.

They look for ways to cut costs instead of letting go of the ones who actually work and contribute everyday, start getting rid of the worthless leads that take off every other day. They don’t lead they are worthless save your money and cut them abusing lumps of a salary. Pay attention higher ups wake up.

As long as we continue to have these “leaders” in place it will continue to go downhill until it’s officially run into the ground and bankrupt. Medsol is the laughing stock of the industry.

lol I think you know the answer. The pulse transition was horrendous. Integrations of acquired companies horrendous. Layoffs for two years. Outsourcing.

Craig isn't CEO, but he's still on the board. You don't fail at that level, so why care?
