Clearlake’s playbook avoids major turnover of existing talent. They emphasize operational discipline, possibly adjusting C-suite or C-1 roles, but delay significant transformation until understanding profitable areas versus tools. Engineering teams at execution level are secure, especially in India, Ireland, UK, and EU.

saw someone here say leader messed up so did mine she looked uber uncomfortable and made remarks that did not add up; had an instant change in her personality this week

i guess also this is why no one seems to want to work now suddenly or is it just me noticing?

I recently left so I have no skin in the game. I used to be a leader and have some connections still. From what I hear - very few people know specifically the plan as it has been kept very quiet. Most are expecting layoffs but I would be surprised if they try to move everyone to FL as that will create some revenue risk on the sales side due to long term relationships. However, I do think the bottom 30+% in sales will be let go and many front line sales leaders will be gone as that is alot of overhead that can be eliminated quickly. It will happen this year so 2026 starts with a clean slate. Good luck to all.

I really feel sorry for people with pensions or on pensions. Sounds like it is just the data that will valuable. Either way ai no need for sales reps. It’s will be a commodity. Hope the packages are good. Yes management knows what’s going on and they no doubt get a bonus for keeping mouth shut. Everything will be handled out of Florida. MAGA strikes again

What about international offices - any chance they will keep them going or will EVERYTHING be centralized with vendors doing the monkey work?

yeup my leader slipped up 3 or 4 times in team meeting today he looked uncomfortable mention clearlake ... said freezes on any hiring but contradicted himself that biz is usual yet upcoming changes huh? lol said something in 60 or 90 days i think it was 60... he looked like a person not trained on how to speak or handle given situation totally not his usual self and it was obvious

leadership knows whats up they just need to get it done with at this point

The word is. If you’re not in Jacksonville your toast. Center valley will be closed and everyone off the books. No remote work, you will train who’s replacing you and then that’s it. Good luck, I’m not moving to Fla, I’ll take a package. And yes, I’m in center valley.
