Saw the comment on the store with no bags. Well we are near close to running out of receipt stock, sales people running to support and attempting to use fulfillment receipt stock when fulfillment barely has any left.. They got sent home at their schedule time and had to nuke (not found and out) 200+ units because they can't go over hours, yet everything has to be opened. We're not making plan, and the side that could possibly do it gets sent home early. Make it make sense..

Odd. I don't know about the "sales" people at my store but for the most part employees here (or at least fulfillment and BOH) can basically work whatever we are willing to do, maybe cuz I've heard we have over 60+ seasonal positions still open. As for supplies, we've cut it close the last two years at holiday time. This year we are drowning in supplies.
It is ridiculous 😒 No is is making plan because they don't want to pay the bonus! So they set the goal so high you can't hit plan really sad. This whole new integrated thing they rolled out is horrific. Walmart status for sure.
So basically it’s across the whole company. Hours are being cut in our store as well and they send you home early or they send you home if you come in and they had taken you off the schedule and you didn’t know. It is a joke cuz they are still hiring people. So if there is no hours, why are you still hiring? They hired way too many people on our store and then they claim there are no hours. Hired too many just to lay them off again in January. We are union store so the new ppl will get cut and not old timers.
Our store is not making plan and colleagues are being sent home early. Everyone in our store are upset about it and the entire store looks like total mess. This never happen before and this coming inventory is going to a total disaster. The worst is yet to come after inventory.

At my store, we are not using all of our hours because 2-4 workers per day are calling out because either they or a family member has the flu, Covid, or RSV. Some of these workers are staying off for 5-7 days.
Yup! It’s ridiculous that our hours are getting cuz!
