It’s increasingly unclear what’s happening within Moulis’ former organization in OT. There’s been little to no communication about the long-term plan, while people keep leaving or being let go. Rumors of another reorg continue but with no transparency on timing or impact. Leadership — including the new VP — has not provided clarity or support. Does anyone have additional insight on this?

@ba as a housecalls provider, we have management for every aspect of everything we do. There’s so much management, I cannot follow the structure at this point. It needs culled big time.
House calls is what got them in trouble with the risk management scores. The very same d-mb nurses / NP who bobble head to every wrong thing they been asked to do. Of course they are going to trim it. All that profit is suspect. Same thing will happen later with UR for being complicit in doing hasty reviews and no one ever saying to leadership. Maybe we should not do this.
@d9 the call center who schedules. Not the actual practioners.
@d5 how do you offshore an in person visit? I heard the OSV platform is unsuccessful.
@c1 Sadly, while Housecalls is their baby and makes money, they've been wanting to offshore the department. I'm betting we'll see a culling of US agents. Specifically the higher paid states.
This has been rumored since mid last year.
I doubt house calls will be trimmed back. That’s their baby. House calls is what brings in the money.
@ba trimming leadership so far is being culled. After Landmark being trimmed way back, it's a matter of time before Housecalls will be, too.
@b5 : What kinds of management for House call? You meant they are not doing House calls anymore or they tried to trim the leadership?
They started already. Management in Housecalls are starting to be called in to meetings and being given Septemeber 4th as their last day.
Yes to all. And September is most likely
