Worst move ever to have Carelon take over. Hundreds of people here in the states got laid off last year all to be replaced with unqualified people in the Philippines. All for what cost savings. Look at them now. Ratings are low, there people have no clue about anything

Couldn’t agree more. Waste of time and money just bring those jobs back to the states
