HC10 office getting lonely. So many of my friends have resigned or been fired. We used to talk about our next assignment together or how we would all retire together and go to the ExxonMobil retiree lunches and such together. Looks like none of that will ever happen now. Thanks DW.

If the sites were responsible for their own P&L after Exxon purchased Mobil Oil in 1999, the Houston campus would never have been built. We would have leased office space in the former ENRON building in Downtown Houston.

Houston office needs to shut down and sites should have control of their own P&L. Bunch of re--rds living in a bubble.
BTC indian engineer is better than HC10...HC10 is overpaid id--t who only know how to talk sh-t...while BTC has indian engineer that do real work and bring value to exxon..
Europe site offices have been decimated, very low people density and little to nil team spirit. Painfully shows the complete falsified results in the surveys.
I have no friends left at exxon. I only have enemies and combatants in the games. I was sc--wed over by the last group I was in and luckily got out. I am currently hiding out in a low priority project and just want to be left alone for the next two years so I can retire. Everyone is out to move up at any cost. Watch your backs because the ones who ask questions are gathering intelligence for the supervisors and managers.

Yes all of my friends left in the purge of 2020. I still see and eat with two of them. They are shocked by the changes at exxon and how bad it has gotten. 'i am surrounded by younger sneaky snakes that are trying to move up at any cost. I do not talk to anyone and just do my thing in my office. No one is friendly or helpful and treat me like a outcast. 27
