SS RC are leading contenders for this post. Under delivered since they joined with no vision and no impact outside of the stupid All Hands where they just regurgitate TG vision which he does the same for J2 which in the end goes nowhere

Maybe it's because these people talk big and take credit for work others have done. When it is time to deliver, they cannot do the work, and you wind up doing it to get it done.
