Good luck. Be careful what you wish for though. I jumped ship to go where everyone else is going, and the grass is not greener. And just remember uncle Sam eats you alive on that new pay.
I have so much regret joining this company. Horrible for career growth. You will be shamed for trying to do your job, better to be quiet and be totally mediocre to make the people above you feel better about themselves.

Me too. Signed a contract yesterday, giving my notice on Monday. I miss old Fiserv, Frank destroyed a decent thing by running it into the ground. 2/3 the people I loved to work with are already gone.
