The amount of people I personally know who make $100k+ and do absolutely nothing all day is ridiculous. Im talking about maybe one 30 minute meeting a day and the rest of the time they are on the phone or walking around. While those who put in work and so many hours are given peanuts. Yes Firserv is still a burning boat but a lot people need to be let go.

Do you ever stop and think that the people who make over $100,000 a year and above have built careers and have advanced to the point where you are the worker bee and they have more important responsibilities than you? Possibility? Many people make well over 100k (that seems to me to be a bit on the low side) and have made their bones so to speak so I'm sorry that we've earned our place. Someday you might too, but probably not with such a sh---y attitude...

Not even their fault though. Although some people are just lazy. But managers probably need people under them to justify their positions. It’s all bs.
