I am still waiting for my dpc plan. I asked again and was told they were working on it. Everyone else is doing theirs now and are 2 weeks into it. Either exxon doesn't care or they are letting me fail purposely. I would like to see what the he-l they want me to do. I really want to improve my performance and be a more valuable employee to the company NOT. I just to get this s heet over with and see what torture they have planned for me. Is anyone else still waiting?

Nothing yet for my plan. I hope they will offer the nre s time towards retirement and I am outta here. Instant retirement for me and the willing nres. I keep hearing talk about upcoming work force reductions and plans to offer nres time towards retirement. The last true layoffs were in 2020. Exxon only offered 4 months pay that time. Something is going on because my manager has been in meetings and is being vague about my dpc plan and future. They know I want out and I will take the early retirement.

There is just one problem with laying me off I am NRE. They can offer me the package give me a couple of years and I am outta here retired. So bring it on exxon.

@OP plan is layoffs to be announced in early Nov for all NI and NSI this last cycle. Tough time for the industry, good luck out there
No plans, because there is no plan to improve you all. You are on the layoff list
No plan means either 1. You are a threat and time for you to go 2. Gotta make room for a friends child or relative or something like that.
I just want to get it over with. Trust me I don't want to do it but I have to. They nsied me second week in July. It su-ks waiting while they conjure up this plan.

Look, I get it, it’s a lousy place to work (they all are). But….torture? Like, really guy?
Just do the bare minimum and collect your check while you look for something better. I’m sure you’ll survive.
Earliest start was this Monday, latest start is mid September.
This is why I picked PIL bc my manager stated I will help you succeed the PIP lol …. He was already untrustworthy and couldn’t do anything with out his boss holding his hand. Good luck
