As an agency worker I'm fortunate to not have to return to the office. I feel for the full time employees but hey its a perk of being agency.

Which orgs are you in who are exercising rto non-compliance? Seems like there's an unspoken expectation that agency should be coming in to "collaborate" in ET.
there have been lawsuits in the past due to agency employees being treated too much like ford employees. if they put all these ford employee requirements on agency staff, then that staff starts to expect ford benefits and can sometimes make the case for it. this causes big trouble for ford.
All LL6 are trying to hold on to their GSR and agency employees in order to justify the LL6 existence. No layoffs.
Yep I am agency as well. Also have a side job so getting two incomes and nobody is the wiser.
I know 2 guys from team who's on H1B and agency, working remotely.. one of them is doing a job at a different agency and he's super proud of it!
Been getting paid from Ford for working from home as agency employee. I can actually earn extra income from another side job. I was able to remodeled my house and enjoy the life style. Hopefully, Ford will continue to let agency employees to work from home.
@OP got reclassified as on-Site Non Ford due to numerous supplier visits each month, so I am off the grid with the badge Na-is to the four day tracking. So I’ll be that random guy that shows up occasionally to take someone’s “spot”.
Wait for the lay off , Ford always lay offs agencies. Check the history. They go first every wave , 2-3 waves every year. Then Ford rehires new people and product is never completed. Incompetence in power. G===000fs don't see anything on the ground. They are on their own planet.
Lucky for me it allows time for my side hustles.
For sure! The at-home amenities and lack of commute simply can't be beat.
I hope everyone gets on this plan ASAP but no one will fight for your rights but you. Or keep on perching up on a file cabinet for collaboration...
I'm also agency and can avoid the commute which saves a lot of money and more importantly- time.
I'm loving the convenience of being able to remain working from home each day.
At least not yet.
Lucky you. I'll be in the office 4 days a week, every week starting in sept.
