Does anyone know if past service years that had a break of more than 5 years count in the ISP severance pay?

A break does not count unfortunately.
There is a Severance Summary Plan document on the ER intranet site that might outline it.
I think a break that long would unfortunately not count towards the ISP payout. Hopefully I’m wrong though!
