Thread regarding ViacomCBS layoffs

Getting laid off is starting to feel like it might be a blessing

They’ve been piling more and more work on us with each passing month. Every layoff just makes things worse for those left behind. We’d carry the weight if it felt like it was building toward something. But it’s not. Or if it were just temporary. But it won’t be. I’m so burned out, I’ve started to see being laid off as the only way out.

Put your efforts into other activities if you don't believe your hard work would be a better payoff in the long run. Only you know what's best for your efforts.
