@e2 Your SSS actually works? What do they do? Ours pretty much does nothing. Caught all the time playing on the computer watching movies. If you ask him to print tags "not my job". I don't know what the job is anymore. Everything is "not my job".
Dispersing STL responsibilities amongst the ASTLs would make it seem this is the way it is going to go down. If the STLs are just overseeing what the ASTLs are doing why do you need one for each store?
