Does anyone on here know who's going to be targeted for the Nov 1 and May 1 focal cycles? I mean how are the cycles broken down?

I know because I’m a leader and my tool has no budget it just has a note saying your director has merit and stock this focal cycle.
@c8 I'm not them, but I can tell you the information came in a message to leaders. The rewards tool also doesn't have any money loaded for merit/promo or stock at the sub-director level. Only Bonus has budget loaded for manager/sr. manager.
It’s so annoying when everything is “ask your manager”, but turns out your manager doesn’t know sh** either. 😂

Idk this is a weird focal. A few years ago we had two cycles, then we went to one, then we gave first like manager control of merit and stock, then just merit and not stock, now we’re back to two cycles and directors hold all control. lol literally Cisco leadership is so weak
Focal as in selecting for the next layoff or like the rewards cycle?
