I keep hearing whispers that leadership is planning reductions and I am starting to believe it. People seem tense and projects are stalling. Does anyone else feel like this place is heading toward layoffs soon?

Yah, it is coming in next few weeks. First would be to closing down locations that no longer makes sense. Next are duplications. Next would be people from high cost locations.
It certainly seems that way, management is being very tight lipped lately.
