All the focus is on slashing costs instead of actually improving what we make. A few smart improvements could do more for the company than all these cuts. Leadership keeps missing the point and it shows.

Your immediate leadership has nothing to do with what is going on. They just do what they are told.
Leadership doesn’t care about the products we sell. The only thing that matters to them is the stock price.
