Inventory time, and if you work the night shift It’s time to invert your schedule 360 degrees.
By the way, during your day shift you will not receive any water, treats, pop, or snacks. You are unworthy, and unappreciated.
But, everyone coming in for inventory for the night shift receives candy, chips, snacks, beverages... and is thanked.
Why?
M.N hates the l-wlifes on the night shift and punishes them by a who cares attitude.
This pattern has gone on for years.

380 seems to be a theme is an understatement.
They treat their employees with true sense of callousness.
AVOID WORKING AT 380 AT ALL COSTS!!!
If you report a no pallet backing, when actually there are many... you don’t have apply more labor hours. Therefore, even though there is tons of merchandise backlog to be processed the manager is positioning himself for a HUGE bonus because labor hours verses last year is a controllable expense and is bonus worthy.
Lying to Seattle is profitable.I
15 + pallets of live merchandise Sitting on the hard isle unreported to Seattle.
Around 750 thousand not on the Sales floor or giving sales people more options.
The application of how a Rack processes a truck and applying it to a full line store is stupid and egregious.
3 people on a line cannot process a 750 carton truck.
Spanks ki-ls the processing time and bring the line to a stop. Stupid!!!!

You bone heads.
Come in this store unannounced... I dare you!

380 seems to be a theme.
I work there. M.N. Refuses to go down on the dock. I don’t think she knows or wants to know what goes on down there.
The Racks do it up right, Pizza, pop and snacks... and a friendly environment.
Sounds like 380 isn’t a place to go.
