I heard that Nielsen once again is going cheap and has further cut severance payout calculations.
Where you used to get 1.5 weeks per year of service, they had cut that to 1 week per year. Have they cut that even more? Capped it after a certain number of weeks, regardless of how long people worked there?
It's sad that instead of rewarding people that worked there 20-30 years, Nielsen is going cheap and doesn't care about the people that worked late, nights, weekends to try to make it a great company!
Nielsen doesn't care about the average employee but has no problem paying their senior leaders and CEO millions!
