Complete bobblehead mo--n that shows up on calls with hideous makeup , way too big earrings, and a fake attitude of trying to be upbeat. Instant buzzkill when she speaks on calls and is clueless about the actual business. She epitomizes the ineptitude of leadership in CX.
If you've dealt with Cisco HR under Kelly's leadership, you know the public posts about empathy don't match the internal reality. Behind the scenes, HR suppresses legitimate investigations. Some managers even say - openly - that HR won’t hold them accountable, no matter the behavior. Her HR office rewards impunity and uses “empathy” as a PR shield. For anyone navigating accountability issues internally, the disconnect is stark.
she’s essentially known for being a bit detached from reality. Those of us who know her are completely aware she is an empty suit and is prone to grand declarations and words of wisdom that don’t hold merit. The title has gone to her head
