PIP and Divestment

Why doesn't the company just PIP all the people at sites they are going to divest or the ones that perform the worst and leave everyone else alone? They already know who they are going to keep and transfer them into safe positions before they divest. Downstream integrated sites that underperform are the ones that hurt the books the most.

For you UNCON folks know with all of those divestments, you have less and less folks to be a buffer. It’s getting close to home on the rankings. Enjoy the next 3 years of more chaos and betrayal. If you got out of CX you are lucky.

That would cost the corp money. Divesting, creating terrible work environment, and age discrimination is cheaper than PILng folks.

Because your ranking is “relative” to your peers. A nice excuse when employee is unhappy with ranking result
