Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

This week was brutal

I can’t remember the last time I was this stressed, especially with the blatant lack of transparency. When we have no idea what’s going on and what we’re told is vague at best, it’s no wonder people are having anxiety attacks. I doubt this weekend will bring much relief with everyone dreading what’s coming next week.

@b3 I was relieved when he moved to EMEA. But still interferes with his toxic politics in everything . Change and CP are both constants.

You need a Patel God to worship in order to survive at Cisco.

Otherwise you get the shaft and a piece of useless wisdom aka CP, CTO EMEA ,” change is the only constant” while you lose your livelihood.

This is usually an annual event so you should be good until next year this time.

Although, 2024 had a second February layoff but this was an exception to the usual pattern.
