They survived the cut so they have nothing to worry about. Wait… I hope they realize that if their area does not perform, may be … just may be … they are held accountable and it’s their job.

What’s the purpose of this post besides essentially admitting you’re judging people by their physical presence at work? Do you expect everyone to walk around miserable even though we all handle stress differently? ER seems to have brought out the true colors of a lot of the firm.
