I worked with Fran early in her career, she was actually pretty pleasant and collaborative. Then she got on her fast track to $$$ and lost it all.

Fran used to actually be good at her job. She became one of the most disingenuous and out of touch people I have ever seen. On one leadership call she was talking about layoffs and with no transition she became giddy saying “Let’s congratulate Chuck on 20 (or however many it was) years at Cisco. I remember thinking “WTF”

@a6 you are absolutely right? Why you hear nothing in the office? Because no one dare to speak up, and everyone has to pretend to just focus on their job, not interest to this Only this site, people can talk free of fear.
