@as five9 / virtual observer is rubbish compared to Verint . . If we’re serious about going “upmarket” seems a no brainier to merge with Verint . . all our large customers use them anyway
We already own our own WEM product which bought awhile back (VirtualObserver) known now QM, so I don't think we would buy Verint.
