......Is down...AGAIN. Whomever built it should be canned. CIO should be canned. It is so ridiculous. Please never say agin to us to direct customers to the unreliable website.

I always say bad leadership breeds bad outcomes. The cycle started with our CIO, who supported Tubby, and Tubby in turn created bad leads. The only way to break the cycle is to start at the top and remove them all.

They are HORRIB LE! I hate interacting with digital team leadership and so called "leads". They are racist a--holes who think WAY too highly of themselves while putting out a mediocre product at best. Our group is really hoping that the garbage gets taken out soon so we can function in unity without being treated like sh-t.

The employees in digital are no better than the contractors. Especially the ones that followed Tubby to the lengths of the earth. I.E.- the direct reports, and all tech leads. Nothing but incompetence. The ones that were once contractors that Tubby converted to employees are the most incompetent yet egotistical people you will ever encounter. The house needs to be fully cleaned for it to become good again

@k7 The leaders have no idea of who has what talent. They promote based on who they like and yet continue to have an unstable website and declining brand. Seems they would re-evaluate their staffing. They laid off a people capable of doing much more than those that were retained, based on who they liked. The low morale and unproduction is sad. At least they go rid of some of the bad players, but Digital has a long way to go. They need to start with the top, which should have insight into what is going on, but instead operating his indescretions in the workplace. Sad!

Digital is inflated and incompetent. They are stuck in said poor leaders mindset and it will take a long time to unravel. A complete re-do of the team and the website is needed. Many there, be it contractors or employees need to go. Angela needs to take a hard look at all of IT and revamp. Otherwise her legacy here will be forgettable rather than storied. A good start would be replacing the CIO with someone who has vision, knows how to lead, and most importantly, isn’t running a scheme. When we get leaders who actually care about this company instead of their “agendas” , there is no reason we wouldn’t lead the pack in wireless carriers.

The wesbite team which we call "digital" is the largest part of our IT department. It is also by far the most incompetent. It is full of contractors who are for the large part incompetent. Their ex leader was looney and made everything his vision (which su-ked). He is a big part of the decline of this once being a good place to work to it being miserable. The team he left behind is not much better. Our CIO followed blindly because he is not adept to run anything much less an IT org. He is too wrapped up in his extra curricular activities.
Sadly I do not foresee anything getting better until more people are gone from around here. We need better contacting companies who are not just billing hours and actually care about the work and better leadership overall.

I have said for years that our website is cr-p. Poorly designed and gimmicky, plus most functionalities rarely work consistently. Customers complain about it often and end up either calling or in store because of it. No-one listens to the front lines, seems corporate just does what they want. This is why we lose marketshare.
I hate to beat the same horse as the other posts, but a new leadership team is a necessity. Especially CIO. We need one that listens and can steer the IT department to better support the business. This dude has had zero interest in doing this. I have no dog in the fight, but change is desperately needed.
