Is your store experiencing a Sudden and Mass Exodus of Salaried and Hourly Management? The ASM’s, SSA, and the Supervisors are all quitting. Only the Store Manager is still here. One has to wonder if he is running everyone off? I’m wondering if this is isolated to northeast Ohio or if it’s a company wide problem? Basically, the employees are managing themselves. It’s Crazy!

face it, I don't see any management leaving cuz this is realistically the best job they ever had in thier life. Most of them are from the highly competitive burger and chicken market or the used car or mattress selling industry. one of our ASM's left to sell cakes, cookies in P**lix in quite frankly the most useless ASM I've ever seen in that place.
Department supervisors are now basically the only coverage I. The building. ASM’s sit back in offices all day and DO NOT assist with customers. When there is an issue it's passed to DS. Why are you paying their salaries? Store managers are oblivious
Yeah. We are seeing it too. The ones who are still here are losing it. Associates definitely managing themselves.
@a7 Welcome to Lowe's my friend,
@a7 Yes, because of the way Lowe's pay schedule works. They're separate work weeks.
Our pay schedule is Saturday through Friday, not like other jobs where it's Sunday through Saturday.
And before you get all in a dizzy over this, remember, because of Lowe's work schedule, taking vacations or time off is really good. For example, you can request Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday off as unpaid days. It's like a mini vacation.
I just got promoted to a supervisor and they scheduled me 9 days in a row with no overtime. Is that even legal?
