There is LR’s it’s in the earnings report today for FY 2026 Q1 and FY2026 numbers guidance if you scroll to bottom or if you search “restructuring”

We did silent LRs for almost 5 years during the 2000 downturn. Not unusual at all, but at least not a major one. Which is still good news.

It isn't going to be a significant layoff or they'd need to include the costs in their forward guidance. Nothing close to the 1b they spent last time at least.

Not true. Just because they didn't say it on the call doesn't mean it isn't happening, just not Cisco-wide.
