I thought there was something that came from Zav that expressed no beat up call, yet here we are at 3pm on a beat up call.

3pm was KZ's "theme" in Northeast Area; there was a time when he was completely dialed into the business but that was many years ago now.
Upper mgt forced him out and he did a few years at Intuit, then magically, came back but a shell of his former self.
Funny story, they took us to the Meadowlands for a football thing to meet Odell Beckham and Eli Manning...when the day was coming to an end, KZ grabbed like 8 signed jerseys and walked to his car...no way he was taking the bus back to the office - I wonder how much those jerseys were worth....
Hay Cee is the worst. Nice to your face, but absolutely awful person when she's behind that monitor.
There are no "more" beat up calls. Just the same amount as before.... carry on.
I can say that Hay Cee’s calls are rude and un motivating…she is inept, I don’t know how she got this position, she is very un professional
Customers dont want free lines, they have all been burnt in the past and know this is just a ploy. Let's not even get started on the non usage reports that will hinder the reps progress in future months.
