Sounds like someone’s drinking the CommScope Kool-Aid a bit too hard! 😏 Five years and dreaming of retirement there? Bold choice, but the word on the street (and by street, I mean X and other forums) is that the pay at CommScope is far from “awesome” — more like “nightmare” for most employees. If this is HR trying to polish the company’s image, they might want to try a less obvious script. 🙄 Plenty of posts on X and job review sites like Glassdoor spill the tea: low wages, long hours, and a vibe that’s more “survive” than “thrive.”
I like Commscope been their five years I plan on retiring their it’s a good company to work for and the pay awesome
