I was at Juniper sko in jan as HPE guest. Juniper sales are immature. Many with sloppy appearance too.
Several acquisition layoffs in HR this week.
Typical horrible JNPR English--studies show that folks who can't write proper English also write cr-ppy code. JNPR is also infected with the woke mind virus; if you go woke, you go broke.
The math says the layoffs will nowhere near as bad as the doomsayers claim. 500M in syerngies is about 2k employees, which of course is super sad, but only about 2%... a very common rate in high tech companies.
But overlap positions are visibly fighting hard to get visibility right now, sometimes with silly initiatives that just cause silly additional workloads...
