why is the board not doing something about the EVP of engineering constantly selling all his shares as soon as he gets them, investors see this behavior and it hurts the company. The EVP of the largest organization has no trust whatsoever in his job and the future. He is hurting every investor and employee.
@cq “have to” sell stock is an interesting way to put it. They absolutely do not “have to” sell stock.
Any executive with actual confidence in the company would be holding the stock for appreciation in value. Except when you’re running it into the ground like this, they know the stock is only headed down.

If you were financially literate then you would understand why execs have to sell stock.
It’s part of their package and can do whatever they like with it
So I believe the purpose of this post is to show that executives have been slowly selling stock over the last year.
