Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

Department Chaos

The manager on my team intentionally creates chaos because they HATE crown, and the people above don’t understand enough about that part of the business to catch on.

It’s purple this, purple that, whenever they are in-front of their boss or c-suite, so they are none the wiser. Honestly, It’s kind of comical point. And of course nobody on my team would dare say anything, fearing retaliation. How the he-l did we get here?

Absolutely agree with that. It's a shame. 1000s of people hurt by the nepo web at southpoint.

It's always been that way. The old timers rah rah'd fiber when they were on display then tanked in behind the scenes. Totally tanked it. Especially in shared services. They didn't want the extra work, were pi---d about the margins and therefore its effect on bonuses and didn't understand it which was a hit to their precious egos.
