Thread regarding Rockwell Automation Inc. layoffs

Looking for a job. Rockwell is hiring.

Can someone tell me what the new posting for executive thought leadership manager job is for? I am perfect for this job if it means the current leadership is devoid of ideas and a narrative. I guess Siemens , ABB and BECKHOFF already have this role. Blake must need some help. Sc--w smart engineers, let’s pump up the stock with a story.

The culture for this position is 'mean girls phoning it in'. If you fit that clique, you're in.

It's sad seeing competitors do well. Sadder still, seeing RA executives get their bonuses. And the higher managers get their bonuses through regular bi-annual title changes masked as career progression. Meanwhile I've forgotten when the last time we got a raise was, no one I know has had a promotion in years, and we are supposed to be excited and motivated to work here? I don't work on the floor, either. There's a clear, and distinct, line between who is treated well, and who isn't.

Smoking mirrors! You want to bet Blake says the company didn’t make sales goals and little to no merit increases! I am so glad I am out of the company Blake has su-ked the life and soul out of the company.

The current Rockwell Automation leadership are id--ts. The ring leader is Blake. Majority of the senior executives need to go. They bring zero value to the company. Stock price and bonuses for them over paying the backbone of the company workers honest pay.
