Several big projects coming online with GP staff demobilizing and nothing for them to do. Next year’s assessment is going to be a bloodbath for these GP people who have nothing to work on.

Total uncertainty for most of the GP individual contributors. Workload and project pipeline is close to lowest ever, all that is happening is low value activity, with no conclusive action or progress.
Probably only enough work for two thirds of the available staff, and even that is mostly just contractor supervision. There is nothing about GP that demonstrates GREAT!
If you cannot find/start your own projects you shouldn't be there.
How many of my fellow GP professionals just in a twilight zone of uncertainty right now?
I'm definitely underutilized and not as connected as my peers to find my own opportunities. I don't think S&d knows wth to do with people.
Just relax - your job is being ported to BTC. Oh, be a good employee and train them on your way out?
Happened to me. Was told not to worry and to enjoy not working so hard until next assignment came along. Did the small amount of work my supervisor assigned me and went to the EMHC gym. When assessment results came I was put in NSI. Don’t believe them when they say you should just relax and wait for the next project. Use the extra time to find a new job and avoid a surprise PIP.
